Tire Technician Development
Basic Tire Service
Properly trained Tire Technicians are key to a successful shop. Our Tire Industry Associate (200 Level) program teaches new team members best practices and safety standards through a 10-module video series and hands-on shop experience, including lifting, mounting/dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs. Skilled technicians gain the foundation to advance into Alignment, Apprentice Technician and beyond.
Build-A-Technician
Technicians seeking to further their career can also enroll in the Missouri State Inspectors Class, which prepares them for the written and practical exams by reviewing the state manual and conducting full practical inspections.
Hunter Alignment
For Tire Technicians with the “Right Stuff,” this 1-week program combines basic and advanced alignment training through classroom instruction and multiple hands-on shop sessions. Using modern Hunter Alignment machines, technicians learn to deliver accurate alignment specs quickly, ensuring both shop efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Conrad's Advanced Drivability Training
Take your skills to the next level with our 5-year, multi-level program. Combining classroom learning with hands-on shop experience, technicians meet monthly and are evaluated yearly to advance. Level 1 starts with recent trade school grads and BAT program alumni —building a clear path for growth in your automotive career.
